Well, I went back to Walmart to get the Blue Orchid, I can’t get enough of it! And I still have the parakeet, btw – I think he is probably staying LOL

……by the wayward parakeet! This is what I was taking photo’s of when the little lost parakeet came along! I have never ever ever seen a Blue Orchid before, and I may just go back and get it!

Well, it was quite an eventful morning here, I went to my local Walmart garden center, and this little parakeet nearly landed on my head – he is now at my house, waiting to see if someone claims him!

Thursdays Lingering Look at Windows

I just posted this shot very recently, but thought it was a good choice for this challenge. This is a window in the farmhouse that my grandparents lived in for about 10 years when I was growing up. Just this past Saturday, we were given the opportunity by the young couple who lives there currently, to tour the farmhouse and barns on the property. The young couple is working on restoring the farm to it’s original glory 🙂
